Adding, Deleting and Editing

Ctrl+C: Copy Branch (selected object and everything below it)
Ctrl+X: Cut Branch (selected object and everything below it)
Ctrl+V: Paste
Ctrl+Shift+C: Copy selected box only
Ctrl+Shift+X: Cut selected box only
Ctrl+Shift+V: Paste selection below selected box
Ctrl+Y: Redo
Ctrl+Z: Undo (may be repeated to undo several steps)
Ctrl+Left Arrow: Shift selected box left on map
Ctrl+Right Arrow: Shift selected box right on map
Ctrl+Arrow Down: Shift selected box down on map, inserting a new box between the box selected and its parent
Ctrl+Shift+D: Detach box (or sticky note) from parent
Arrow Keys: Select the next box in the arrow's direction (if box selected) Pan workspace (if nothing selected)
Delete: Delete branch (selected box and everything below it)
Shift+Delete: Delete selected box only
Enter: Add new reason alongside selected box In Edit mode, exits Edit mode
Shift+Enter: Add objection alongside selected reason or objection. In Edit mode within a box, move to new paragraph.
Ctrl+Enter: In advanced reasoning mode, when a claim is selected, add reason alongside
Ctrl+Shift+Enter: In advanced reasoning mode, when a claim is selected, add objection alongside
Insert: Add a new box below the selected box. By default, adds a reason (in Grouping, adds an item).
Shift+insert: Add an objection below the selected reason or objection. (In Grouping, just adds an item.)
Ctrl+A: Add a new sticky note to selected item
Esc: Exit Edit mode, if in edit mode. Any editing changes made inside the box are retained. Deselect box (when not in edit mode)
Shift+Esc: Select premise (when an Analysis reason or objection is selected) Enter Edit mode (when an editable box is selected)
Backspace: Clear all text in selected box
F2: Edit text in box
Ctrl+Shift+1: Convert entire map into a grouping map
Ctrl+Shift+2: Convert entire map into a reasoning map
Ctrl+Shift+3: Convert entire map into an advanced reasoning map
Ctrl+M: Change selected box (reason to opposition, basis box, etc)
Ctrl+shift+F: Change fill colour of box (when in Grouping mode)
Ctrl+Q: Repeats the stamping of the last image, colour or evaluation onto the selected box

Opening, Closing and Saving

Ctrl+S: Save file
Ctrl+shift+S: Save file as

Moving and Zooming

Ctrl+Hyphen: Zoom out
Ctrl+Plus: Zoom in
Ctrl+Shift+Arrow: Pan workspace while a box is selected
Tab: Select next box
Tab+Shift: Select previous box
Shift+Arrow Up: In advanced reasoning mode, when a claim is selected, select enclosing reason or objection box
Shift+Arrow Down: In advanced reasoning mode, when a reason or objection is selected, select first claim
F8: Fit workspace to window
F9: Fit map to window
F11: Toggle full-screen mode
Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F10: Decrease vertical spacing between all boxes
Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F9: Increase vertical spacing between all boxes

Hide and Show

Ctrl+1: Show Next Level
Ctrl+2: Show Next 2 Levels
Ctrl+3: Show Next 3 Levels
Ctrl+Shift+A: Show All
Ctrl+shift+U: Fold Up Children
Ctrl+shift+H: Hide Children
